This point is most extensive explained by the Buddha, transporting "walk the talk":

Does one teaching not to take what is not given, when himselves still walks into the forest like villagers, increases Saddha or simply, if not destroying, paint the teaching in wrong color, saying "it's ok, if for good reason?

Does it increase Saddha, if teaching renouncing but seeking for villages and all man's places?

Does it increase Saddha if driving with cars for the sake of making this world less suffering and more cool?...

That ways, if not transporting (still I am actually not able for my self now) paint total wrong pictures in confirming the normal man's way: wrong means "but for a good sake...".

To put the Silas and ways of those living Brahmacariya always higher and stick to them consequent, teach and encourage to such by means that increase Saddha, is what is meant by atthacariyā.

Leaving this vatthu for the sake of "help" destroys not only the Sangha but is of very poor effects for, if even, very less.

As the teaching toward parents contains (Pabbata Sutta: A Mountain (បព្វតរាជសុត្តំ ) as well, be a mountain, only then you are of help for your children.

Or in simply words:

A Mold

You (school)teachers are a mold for forming people, so you should turn toward the direction of the Dhamma and practice the Dhamma. Behave yourselves in a way that can be an example for others. You're like a mold for making Buddha amulets. Have you ever seen one? Just a single mold: They carve it well, carving the face, the eyebrows, the chin so that they aren't crooked or missing anything, so that the Buddha amulets they stamp out of it will come out beautiful. And when they come out they really are beautiful because of that one good mold.

It's the same with schoolteachers, who are molds for their students and for people at large. You have to make yourselves beautiful in terms of the personal qualities of a good teacher. You always have to behave in line with your ethical discipline and the pattern of a leader and guide. Abandon all forms of intoxication and unskillful behavior. Try to restore high standards of morality. You have to be a good example to the children.

Vines

Children are like vines. Wherever a vine sprouts up, it has to look for a tree to climb up. If one tree is 15 centimeters away and another 10 meters away, which tree do you think the vine will climb up? It'll climb up the nearest tree. It's probably not going to climb up the tree 10 meters away because that one is too far off.

In the same way, schoolteachers are the people closest to their students. They're the people who children are most likely to take as examples. So it's essential that you schoolteachers have good manners and standards of behavior — in terms of what you should do and should abandon — for children to see. Don't teach them just with your mouths. The way you stand, the way you walk, the way you sit — your every movement, your every word — you have to make into a teaching for the children. They'll follow your example because children are quick to pick things up. They're quicker than adults.

After all, a person teaching others, but not walking the talk, is neither on the way up nor could he excel a person who just walk the talk but does not teach: Sikkha Sutta: Trainings , (៩. សិក្ខាបទសុត្តំ ).

To ឲ្យកាន់យក, encourage to hold on the yoke (yoga), if Nyom Sophorn likes to put all given into good English and German, which the father of many here might understand, able to read, and/or Nyom Cheav Villa feels that it could be written in Khmer as well, of which even more near relatives could read and understand, such is of course a yoke, helpfull in the first three points.Later on, Bhante Indaññāno could put all even in much better and more skilful words and putting the "sugar" of Pali, missing here, on it as well in a talk on it, out of compassion.

Sangha-Vatthu): ការតាំងខ្លួនស្មើៗ: "បណ្តាភាព​ជាអ្នកតាំង​ខ្លួនសើ្មទាំងឡាយ ភាពជាអ្នក​តាំងខ្លួនសើ្ម​ដ៏ប្រសើរនុ៎ះ គឺ​សោតាបន្នបុគ្គល មានខ្លួនសើ្ម​នឹងសោតាបន្នបុគ្គល សកទាគាមិបុគ្គល មានខ្លួន​សើ្មនឹង​សកទាគាមិ​បុគ្គល អនាគាមិ​បុគ្គល មានខ្លួនសើ្មនឹង​អនាគាមិបុគ្គល អរហន្ត មានខ្លួន​ស្មើនឹង​អរហន្ត ម្នាលភិក្ខុ​ទាំងឡាយ នេះហៅថា សង្គហពលៈ។".

This here is probably most difficult to understand, but actually points at Satipaṭṭhāna, to be aware of ones body, feelings, mind and Dhamma, calling for heedfulness (appamāda), meaning that one should be clear of where he/she actually is, behave not heedless and seek for the next step, path and fruit.
One should not give and associate with lower (inwardly and outwardly) and prepear oneself to be able to dwell among equal or higher, meaning to "pull or force" others, if wishing to follow, to leave upwards and not walking back, out of defiled compassion, doing the "we"-staff in Villages.

If teaching, or giving upward, it must be pure compassion and the words of the Buddha surely are of better use for many, reciting here: Sevitabba Sutta: Should be associated .

ម្នាល​ភិក្ខុទាំងឡាយ បុគ្គលពួកខ្លះ ក្នុងលោកនេះ ជាអ្នកលើសដោយសីល សមាធិ បញ្ញា ម្នាលភិក្ខុទាំងឡាយ បុគ្គលមាន​សភាព​យ៉ាងនេះ ដែលគួរធ្វើសក្ការៈ ធ្វើសេចក្ដីគោរព ហើយទើបសេពគប់ ចូលទៅអង្គុយជិត។ ដំណើរនោះ ព្រោះហេតុអ្វី។  ព្រោះគេ​គិត​ថា អាត្មាអញ នឹងបំពេញសីលក្ខន្ធ ដែលមិនទាន់បរិបូណ៌ ឲ្យបរិបូណ៌ឡើងផង នឹងអនុគ្រោះសីលក្ខន្ធ ដែលបរិបូណ៌ហើយ ក្នុងទី​នោះៗ ដោយបញ្ញាផង នឹងបំពេញសមាធិក្ខន្ធ ដែលមិនទាន់បរិបូណ៌ ឲ្យបរិបូណ៌ឡើងផង នឹងអនុគ្រោះសមាធិក្ខន្ធ ដែល​បរិបូណ៌​ហើយ ក្នុងទីនោះៗ ដោយបញ្ញាផង នឹងបំពេញបញ្ញាខន្ធ ដែលមិនទាន់បរិបូណ៌ ឲ្យបរិបូណ៌ឡើងផងនឹងអនុគ្រោះបញ្ញាខន្ធ ដែល​បរិបូណ៌​ហើយ ក្នុងទីនោះៗ ដោយបញ្ញាផង។  ហេតុនោះ បុគ្គលមានសភាពយ៉ាងនេះ ដែលគេគួរធ្វើសក្ការៈ ធ្វើសេចក្ដីគោរព ហើយ​ទើបសេពគប់ ចូលទៅអង្គុយជិត។  ម្នាលភិក្ខុទាំងឡាយ បុគ្គល៣ ពួកនេះ រមែងមាននៅក្នុងលោក។

បុរសអ្នកសេពគប់បុគ្គលថោកទាប រមែងសាបសូន្យ បើសេពគប់បុគ្គលស្មើគ្នា មិនគប្បីសាបសូន្យ ក្នុងកាលណាឡើយ បើបុរសចូលទៅគប់រកបុគ្គល ដែលប្រសើរ (ជាងខ្លួន) រមែងចំរើនឆាប់ ព្រោះហេតុនោះ បុរស គួរគប់នឹងបុគ្គល ដែលប្រសើរលើសខ្លួន (ទើបប្រសើរ)។

And here all actually comes down to the so low seeming simple teaching of giving and helping, inwardly and outwardly, at the five proper times:

[៣៦] ម្នាលភិក្ខុទាំងឡាយ កាលទាននេះ មាន ៥ យ៉ាង។ ៥ យ៉ាង ដូចម្តេចខ្លះ។ គឺឲ្យទានដល់អ្នកមកថ្មី ​១ ឲ្យទានដល់អ្នកមានដំណើរ ១ ឲ្យទានដល់អ្នកមានជម្ងឺ ១ ឲ្យទាន ក្នុងពេលអត់បាយ ១ បានដំកល់ស្រូវថ្មី ផ្លែឈើដំបូង ដល់បុគ្គល​មាន​សីល​ទាំង​ឡាយ ជាដំបូង ១។ ម្នាលភិក្ខុទាំងឡាយ នេះឯង ជាកាលទាន ៥ យ៉ាង។
   
ពួកជនមានបញ្ញា ដឹងភាសិតរបស់អ្នកប្រាជ្ញ មានសេចក្តីកំណាញ់​ប្រាស​ចេញ​ហើយ មានចិត្តជ្រះថ្លាហើយ រមែងឲ្យទាន ក្នុងកាលគួរ ទានដែលបុគ្គលឲ្យ តាម​កាលគួរ ចំពោះព្រះអរិយបុគ្គលទាំងឡាយ ដែលជាបុគ្គលមានកាយ និងចិត្ត ប្រកប​ដោយតាទិគុណ ទក្ខិណាទានរបស់បុគ្គលនោះ ជាទានមានផលបរិបូណ៌។ ពួកជនណា អនុមោទនា ឬធ្វើសេចក្តីខ្វល់ខ្វាយ ​ក្នុងទក្ខិណាទាននោះ ទក្ខិណាទាន របស់អ្នកទាំងនោះ នឹងបានឈ្មោះថា ជាទានថយថោក ព្រោះតែអនុមោទនា ឬធ្វើការខ្វល់ខ្វាយ​នោះក៏ទេ ពួក​ជន​ទាំង​នោះ ជាអ្នកបានចំណែកបុណ្យដែរ។ ព្រោះហេតុនោះ ទានដែលបុគ្គលឲ្យហើយ ដល់បុគ្គលណា ជាទានមានផលច្រើន បុគ្គលមានចិត្តមិនបានរួញរា គប្បីឲ្យទាន ចំពោះបុគ្គលនោះ ព្រោះថា បុណ្យទាំងឡាយ រមែងជាទីពឹងនៃពួកសត្វ ក្នុងលោកខាងមុខ។

Once one has entered the wheel of Dhamma, there is no more danger to fall out again till reaching the beyond. Having reached the beyond, the tool actually have done it's cause and can be dropped.

Whether one has then lasting fuel to help others by giving and does not leave the dwelling of the Araht, might be different in any individual case, how ever, as the Buddha always pushed forward, if wishing to do anything for longlasting happiness and welbeing for the world and it's inhabitats, so that the Dhamma-Vinaya lasts long, seek for the aim that this world and land... is not void of Arahats (not Ahara-hats).

This is what my person does not give back out of gratidute having meet the different to pseudo-liberalism through the family here, put push it "heartless" forward, so that nobody might rest in feeling the deal started is over yet: not even the Devas are doing generousity in exchange, the Buddha once taught the monks with a story of past live, note that this monk was accused of following the Bodhisatta path, yet serving his fellows (not to speak if one would serve for lower). Giving even one's last meal

"If beings knew, as I know, the results of giving & sharing, they would not eat without having given, nor would the stain of miserliness overcome their minds. Even if it were their last bite, their last mouthful, they would not eat without having shared, if there were someone to receive their gift. But because beings do not know, as I know, the results of giving & sharing, they eat without having given. The stain of miserliness overcomes their minds."

បើសត្វទាំងឡាយ គប្បីដឹងផល នៃការ​ចែករលែក ថាមាន​ផលច្រើន ដូច​ព្រះពុទ្ធ​ទ្រង់ស្វែង​រកគុណ​ដ៏ធំ ត្រាស់ទុក​ហើយ​យ៉ាងនេះ សត្វ​ទាំងឡាយ មាន​ចិត្តជ្រះថ្លា គប្បី​បន្ទោបង់​មន្ទិល គឺ​សេចក្ដី​កំណាញ់​ចេញ ទានដែល​គេឲ្យហើយ ដល់​ព្រះអរិយៈ​ទាំងឡាយ​ណា រមែងមាន​ផលច្រើន បុគ្គល​ទាំងឡាយ គួរឲ្យទាន​ដល់​ព្រះអរិយៈ​ទាំង​នោះ ក្នុងកាល​ដ៏គួរ មួយទៀត ជនច្រើននាក់ ឲ្យបាយ​ជាទក្ខិណាទាន ដល់​ទក្ខិណេយ្យបុគ្គល​ទាំងឡាយ ទាយក​ទាំងឡាយ លុះ​ច្យុតអំពី​អត្តភាព​ជាមនុស្ស​នេះ​ហើយ រមែង​ទៅកាន់​ឋានសួគ៌ ទាយក​ទាំងនោះ លុះទៅ​កាន់​ឋានសួគ៌ ជាអ្នក​មានចំណង់​ក្នុងកាម រមែង​រីករាយ ក្នុងស្ថាន​សួគ៌​នោះ សត្វ​ទាំងឡាយ មិន​កំណាញ់ រមែង​សោយផល នៃការ​ចែករលែក។
ខ្ញុំបានស្ដាប់មកហើយថា សេចក្ដីនេះឯង ព្រះមានព្រះភាគ បានត្រាស់​ទុកហើយ។ សូត្រ ទី៦។

And this was why my person said, that the actuall thought behind saṅghaṃ sāvakā bhaṇanta, "speech toward/for the Savaka Sangha", was not so wrong in it deeper meaning.

It's always better to use offered, personal given. If there is an offering, and one needs,  from virtuous person, with right view and bend to Nibbana, or a person bend to the world, a trader, always take that from the first person.

It's not wrong to ask if needing something, but its total wrong to try to deny obligations and debts, and take it from somewhere else, thinking it's free.

To understand the matter and the moder "click" illusion, one may read: Giving, taking and the "new" world. , Nyom Cheav Villa .

Those using "free"-things, the things from the forest, are total crazy and have no idea how much they increase debrs highly toward Mara. A person using "free stuff", facebook, google, freeware... will approximatly increase his/her debts by $1000 and more a year, without being aware, without considering the dealers intention.

សម្មាសតិ toward Sila. To learn to understand by seeing and how hard it actually is, how less real giving there is: Nyom could ask Mr. sungkhum personal for her or others use and either find out the truth of "free" or guid him to auspicious merits if he has Upanissaya toward the Sangha.

Most are thinking that my person wastes time in trying to supply things given consciously toward the Sangha and their follower saying: "Why the effort when you can get it for 'free'".
Who ever likes to face great poorness and decay of the community should go on, who ever understands the danger of the world, danger of debts toward it, may make use of what is therefore given. My person does not fear that maxism and secularism soon takes over the whole world making it the darkes place ever since in history of this world.
