(only use of it one dwells here also only with yogi issues)
How ever, it's good if having taken/asked refuge to the Buddha, the Dhamma and the Sangha of his monks, does no more hide face (e.g. trust to cause and effect and respectful approaching) and trains oneself at minimum in the eight precepts, Nyom Ebo.
