The 'problem' with people of wrong view, denying reference, Gens, the Sangha, obligations toward those who nourished and raised them is that they will change their mind as they feel secure toward means. So once taking from one 'King', plunder another...

And of course they gather together, as long as their is still forest and trees to cut, seeking on this way for an escape and deny responsibility and act anonymously...

It seems like as if not only 'national' but also the Gems heritage is brought out toward even 'enemies' in both relations. That's really a very deep cut and has deep consequences for many Buddhists and monks who have not fallen into wrong view, do not work against their leaders and 'parents', yet the punk will surely feel pleased by destroying other communities for their gain, encouraging to pull it out into their inhonest and moral-void common and public domain. Nothing but demo-crazy...

But how else that by improper ways could people of wrong view and obligated toward the common act, so not at all a surprise, since there are less who would give up anything just to stay with simple moral.

Yes, this Gems prefer to extinguish rather to follow common ways in this world, and are surely the last who have personal disadvantages by it. So it's just again told that wise, who might have means and think good if the Gems, especially the Good Sangha, don't disappear in their rang, in this world.

Another 'parents' betrayer... with it's grave impact soon.

Line by line translations in Russian  , anonymous giving toward the community of Anarchics at SC.

It not all at the base wrong and not actually all "for the Bilar (cat)", meaning useless done, because nobody could make proper and right use of it, it wouldn't have become just a huge stink hole.

Yet, of course mudita, as some might experience joy by gain on it, although it will not lead upwardly or even beyond.

Just to mention it, and best and right understood if seeing it as a possibility, if Upasaka Dmytro ( Admin ), possible also his fellows, see and think that it is of certain other and refined quality to give into something which can not be made ones own by common ways, thinking it would be good to sacrifices toward the Gems with no thoughts of gaining, he may always tell if wishing to get certain access to possible help to maintain the scriptural  heritage of the Sangha.

There is also no problem to make a further namespace, language, for translations http://accesstoinsight.eu/ru/index and it would be of course good, if there are, to ask Monks, possible a good russian-speaking Sangha to spiritual "lead" such an undertaking of high merits.

* Johann : the same counts for all others seeking for such rather to deprive the hires . Nyom Vorapol just comes to mind as well, probably putting so much effort in ways binding to certain perception and cuasses debts, rather toward liberation.

Again, just pointer on a tiny opening left.

How about the rest of former Soviet Union? At least Mongolia has a Buddhist history. From whom learn people in the rest since view years about the Tipitaka? A Sangha? And how could one ever come up if it is introduced by householder and monks far from the/a Sangha?

Everywhere the same. Overestimate, pseudoliberalism and traces of not much gratitude, not to speak of seek for refuge.

What's known about a Mongolian Sangha? Monks who used this script and the Tipitaka? Are there still some to be found? Why does it happen that this Tipitaka appears under the first 4 on Sangham.net . Any idea?

This script has been introduced in the 1940s in the Mongolian People's Republic under Soviet influence.
I doubt that Mongolian Buddhists have ever had Tipitaka in the ancient times.
Its only recently that they became able to study it.

* Johann : It's maybe good to consider and reflect that actually only Mohayana practicing people still would give gifts not first toward to Sangha but outwardly of it, Nyom Dmytry Admin . Has not been done already enought for the world that is not right on time to think toward that what binds toward Nibbana and give others a sample that is authentic? Don't be affraid of high and liberating merits and to let go of promises if for a higher reason. Maybe listen to some word  on it. It's not easy to let go of certain Bodhisatta vows, but once off, once having come to the Domain of the Noble Ones, the world is suddenly no more void of Noble Ones. It just needs to wash away ones defilemtent by outstandig, at least on one side purified, letting go.

What's known about a Mongolian Sangha? Monks who used this script and the Tipitaka? Are there still some to be found? Why does it happen that this Tipitaka appears under the first 4 on Sangham.net . Any idea?

Spoken of "Mongolian Cyrillic": That seems to be reasonable, since late Sir Goenkas team was after giving it foremost to their heirs, as far as perceivable (that is now sure a different after SIr Goenkas death, like with most heirs wordily interests of use and maintain), not so focused on serving this and that script. Such further share would be proper if made by the certain, possible existing Sangha.

My person has really no good "feelings" of what goes on around and hardly destroys the rest of the third Juwel with certain "revolutionary" undertakings. May my persons perceiving, looking around, always be wrong in such regards.

May there be some wise and faithful, some with the required merits, left.

Sadhu, Nyom Dmytro Admin  .

My my person trust that Dmytro is well and healthy, good on path?

My person "fears" that those gifts can not be used. Asking Nyom Vinodh for example, having came across (and reminded the thought "how to make Khmer Pali dictionaries easier accessable for non Khmer), did not seem as if it is possible to take in trust, make use to dedicate and give for the Savaka Sangha (just another sample of how much value this taking on rights has... not relay-able at all and my person would not be out of remorse if acting on licenses, certain knowing what people are actually thinking). But that's his choice which has to be respected without claiming on right. It's his own and respected.

My person does not need to recommend on the "monastic culture thieves" and their sutta-central's outputs which are not to be assumed being dedicated for the Sangha but have wordily purposes and merely depriving the Sangha from it's heritage (not speak of not given...)

If Nyom might know or get in contact with a Sangha that is not in connection with those striving for their own, that would be good, also to look for it.

Nevertheless, current situations might not hinder to probably use a nimitta for benefical deeds. Aside of mass on Robin Hood undertakings, still a possibility for real merits.

Again, Sadhu for the care and effort, generosity and non-stinginess and hopefully again inspirations to scarifies ones skills and beloved, like Pali, toward a worthy object.

It's neither a general public undertaking, nor to win a lot of people, not to speak of nourish fonds and livelihoods..., but for those who are serious about the Vinaya, or already real giver, and as possible no more able to act wrong, those worthy people have really a hard to access their heritage and so it will be gone soon for them and just wordling to wordling literary Dhamma-Dana will be left.

There are still some xml-tags left, most seemingly in the Cyrillic edition, caused by certain inconsistency (probably done by somebody else for this font/script).

At this place, does Upasaka Dmytro ( Admin ) know anything about the situation of the Cyrillic Edition? And has it been given to a possible existing Sangha using this script, aside of the surely huge amount of not so proper accesses? If not so, if Nyom likes to assist ad take part on the merits, he may invite personally to make use of it and give access and accounts. If he likes to scarifies effort and knowledge to render the storage and text proper, he may do so given, for the Sanghas and their devoted followers use.

All I know is that one of my friends communicated with the compilers of this edition many years ago.

As far as I know, no.

Besides, it's Mongolian Cyrillic. We implemented proper Russian Cyrillic:
