បណ្ឌិត អ៊ូ(រ) ចុង:
Khmer wiki has an article about a person "បណ្ឌិត អ៊ូ ចុង (https://km.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/បណ្ឌិត_អ៊ូ_ចុង)", died 1940. The book on "Rules of respect toward parents" calls a person បណ្ឌិត អ៊ូរ ចុង[ as author, written 1955. It doesn't fit well together. His father seems to have been ក្រមង៉ុយ (https://km.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/ក្រមង៉ុយ), writter of certain society rules, like "rules of man and woman".

If Someone like to try a transcription and even translate the traditional work into english, such would be of course a great deed.
