Maybe at the same time today , the giver of the mattress wondered where it has gone and why not using it and maybe her son ? , Upasaka Sovannaroth  , will share the further merits an share within the Sangha where it is of use.

Namo tassa bhagavato arahato sammā-sambuddhassa

This was said by the Blessed One, said by the Arahant, so I have heard: "I am a brahman, responsive to requests, open-handed, bearing my last body, an unsurpassed doctor & surgeon. You are my children, my sons, born from my mouth, born of the Dhamma, created by the Dhamma, heirs to the Dhamma, not heirs in material things.

"There are these two kinds of gifts: a gift of material things & a gift of the Dhamma. Of the two, this is supreme: a gift of the Dhamma.

"There are these two kinds of sharing: sharing of material things & sharing of the Dhamma. Of the two, this is supreme: sharing of the Dhamma.

"There are these two kinds of assistance: assistance with material things & assistance with the Dhamma. Of the two, this is supreme: help with the Dhamma.

"There are these two kinds of mass-donations: a mass-donation of material things & a mass-donation of the Dhamma. Of the two, this is supreme: a mass-donation of the Dhamma."


He who, unstinting,
made the mass-donation of Dhamma,
the Tathagata,
sympathetic to all beings:
   to one of that sort
— the best of beings, human & divine —
living beings pay homage —
   to one gone
   to the beyond
   of becoming.

U. Lay and U. Mom gave with kana the dana at Wat Vihear Kuon.  The Abbot was very pleased to hear Bhante is a bit more stable now.

The timing was also good since tomorrow the building will be demolished and rebuilt. The plan is a 5 floor building. Tomorrow the construction will be started.  May this undertaking will be well and safe for the Sangha. _/\_

Attached are also the complimenting donations to repack evenly the dana given by Bhante. One part was for the sangha at Wat Vihear Kuon and another part was prepared for the Sangha at Wat Ayum. Especially the candles kana suggested to give to the practicing Sangha and laypeople of meditation at Phnom Reab.

As given by Bhante Johann U. Lay and kana rearranged, cleaned and repacked the dana in order to give to the monasteries to the sangha.
Kana will share the pictures later on more.
