Atma just read a little of the stories of the Ven. Ñāṇavimala you Dylan have been given in the topic my person got aware of you.

You must be very, don't know how to say, maybe to scared to be able to do anything for now. So my person thought its maybe good to use this opening and just tell you some things that you might need to bear in mind.

Actually my person merely does not like to even touch Dhammabooks and biographies of special people because seldom either the authors nor those who make their certain bussinesses with it, are really aware of what seldom occation they met and if they express some kind of gratitude is merely the same as a normal person in regard of his favorit consume product. It might sound hard, but Atma is really tierd to approch them and less of all the authors, gifted people actually, my person already met in one or another kind of encouragement, call it rebuke.

People live stories of other people are seldom aware of either what they do nor would they get the message or their heros. When they one day accounter them frontal, touched, their heros actually become quick their enemies. Like in the situation you are now, but you have the Vorteil not believing to be a monk meeting just another monk...

In regard of Tudong practice or better a practice for the sake of liberation driven by compassion and metta not just for one self but all, my person did not really come accross many who would display such an image.

Tudong practice died out with the contact of modern life, not because of deforestration, living a live like a bird does not require deep forest everywhere since one needs to walk for alms as well, but through desire for gain of honor and material things. (Need to go up to have some recharge)

Upasaka Dylan,

with the possibilities of sangham.net, lay people have also provided the possible use of email accounts for the Sangha as well as Novizes, Ascetics, and following lay people inside the assambling of Buddhas disciples. It's lesser a tool for indentification but more the possibility to make use of given and to maybe find more ease in being not so involved by usuall ways of use different possibilities.

Dylan may make use of it for all his good undertakings how ever he may find it proper he likes, since it may be more comfortable when observing certain precepts and avoid contact in this way.

Quote from: Moritz
"If I would ordain, I would maybe think best to go to Cambodia and throw away my passport"

Speaking very dhammic, such is only possible if one has the certain upanissāya and unshakeable faith in the Gems and sticks to precepts even when strong pain comes up and life is endangered.
Atma read there are currently such pseudo liberal and unrightous (against Dhamma Vinaya) movements be certain freak. Its not a romantisum nor is it a foolish rebel way ala Gandi and others.
How ever, its good to ordain with the allowance of ones govenment which most might have not and it is and will be hard to find monks able to stick to Vinaya rather then be obligated to certain wordly institutions and so would ordain a freeman without binding him to the world as string at first place. Free people, the/a Savaka Sangha is not easy to find in this world any more and will disappear soon if there are no more wise and potent people who prepare the possibility for their possible dwelling next to worlds sociaty any more.

Atma did not share the correct and praisworthy intoduction Upasaka Dylan send to him, since the topic is for now not moved to the not puplic place as long Dylan would not be able to access there (still missing nessesary 5 posts)

Welcome Dylan,

I had invited Dylan (maranadhammomhi), following this suggestion here by Bhante, so I would like to try and introduce a little bit.

Having read that he is looking to ordaining soon, I wanted to invite him here thinking that he could find possible good connection and inspiration and direction. I have already told him some things about this place and people here in PM on DhammaWheel, and thought "If I would ordain, I would maybe think best to go to Cambodia and throw away my passport", but of course that is only my idea of what migh be helpful for anyone else.

Werte(r) maranadhammomhi ,

Hochachtungsvoll

stellvertretend für die Gründer und Unterstüter

This is your very personal Topic and you can use it any time to introduce your self, for a Hallo and goodby, to inform others here about personal issues or for any very personal issues in regard of the community here.
From time to time, especially if you make use of this topic, we will move it into the "Further introduction - Genauere Vorstellung " forum, which is only visible for active Members. (for General Info in regard of this and Introduction please see here )
