"If I would ordain, I would maybe think best to go to Cambodia and throw away my passport"
Speaking very dhammic, such is only possible if one has the certain upanissāya and unshakeable faith in the Gems and sticks to precepts even when strong pain comes up and life is endangered.
Atma read there are currently such pseudo liberal and unrightous (against Dhamma Vinaya) movements be certain freak. Its not a romantisum nor is it a foolish rebel way ala Gandi and others.
How ever, its good to ordain with the allowance of ones govenment which most might have not and it is and will be hard to find monks able to stick to Vinaya rather then be obligated to certain wordly institutions and so would ordain a freeman without binding him to the world as string at first place. Free people, the/a Savaka Sangha is not easy to find in this world any more and will disappear soon if there are no more wise and potent people who prepare the possibility for their possible dwelling next to worlds sociaty any more.
Atma did not share the correct and praisworthy intoduction Upasaka Dylan send to him, since the topic is for now not moved to the not puplic place as long Dylan would not be able to access there (still missing nessesary 5 posts)
