So it's essentially a violation of copyright or fraud in the guise of "borrowing".

If you take something and pass it off your own, it's stealing.

If you present something as authentic or real when it isn't, it's fraud.

People might make a stink about it if they don't like how it's dealing in inauthenticity, but if there is respect it wouldn't be an issue.

Sadhu! But let's ask law an Dhamma in regard of the issue if "stealing" such from a cultur-thief cultur? From people who are used to steal what ever culture to but on their lable.

"Living in/on affliction by thief"

Would to steal, immitate their ways somehow, like if copy and past here, be ok to point it out, giving an appreciation? Or is it in some cases not a stealing in either do not making it, or making it ones own?

Would it be ok to use an art and just put another lable on it, or a lable and put another art under it?

How is the minority-aspect to be seen, in regard of Buddhist, Dhamma? Could such possible require "harsh" steps to beware of wrong doing and association with thieves?

What about "pulling" a (worldly) culture liberation out of a worldly pseudo-liberation cultur? Would it be a thief?

People at large, not only that they even killed as long history can be traced, are not even dare to kill father and mother, their siblings, to gain the heritage their desire, sell and exchange, use it for their improper desired gains.

And the fact, that since not having arrived at the Dhamma, one is capable for grave wrongdoings, actually cutting one off the heritage for a long long time, destinated in hell.

Althought people of integrity might appear among cultures of thieves from time to time, newer would they go into trade or associate with them.

In this way it's good to reflect all modern and western undertakings, from trade with Dhamma till National and Lay Union and lay leading approaches, of how the basic principes of not depriving from existance, not taking what is not given, not abuse, not speaking what is not true, and indoxicating with youth, health and live, without refuge harm themselves, the world at large and set a minority to leave this world.

That some would always forgive ones acts, a person of integrity, does not release one from effects of ones deeds. Thats an importand matter to think about, since many base their actions on the hope that fruits of actiins wilk not fall on them, that maybe a supernatural power will release them by just praying and begging. No one is capable to display mercy in regard of cause and effect, peoples strong condition causes and effects of their kamma.

Large thieves, introduced by outsiders and seperated monks and nuns, are today leaded by lay people with even lesser respect, missusing the sublime lables to do their trade and lead the cultural holocaust, with red flags, social and nationalistic painted, with their worldly means and education (propaganda).

Communist "Mohayana"-monks, althought they might perfectly missuse and steal from the Gems, althought they are praised by outsider and even if having ordained, are regarded as "Bhikkhus having gone over to other religions" and are outside the tradition of the Noble Ones.

How ever Bodhi and Brahm they might present themselves.

So be careful Susan, of which Gem traders you probably pay devotion and salute. Cultural Gem-dealer are skilled in using fools and eventually heading worlds wars.

If it happened, that you had been engaged to take on, maybe a lost, child of the wilds, another culture, made if your own without knowing and understandig the species way, even made it an adornment, an item of your zoo to run your trades for worldly gains, try to find the Childs heritage, the heirs of the tradition, the Noble ones and carefully offer and give it back to it's kind, like people try to reintegrate seldom animals into protected wilds.

It's not sure that it might be readopted having gained possible other kinds smell. But that's at least out of your control and up to the traditions wisdom.

For one releasing not into such as puplic domain, but toward higher, it's kind, encourages in simply protecting it from worldly, how ever public domains and declares the owner and heritage carrier as its kind, one giving release of what is not his/her own, can expect to gain leave toward the Noble ones and change ancestor ship to one aiming in highest release.

For those gradping after the heritage of yhe Gems and depriving the carrier from means to exist in proper ways, such, by binding and making what is not his own, his own, one stealing culture, such one is indeed for a long time bond and not capable to grow and escape the wheel of aging, sickness, death and birth, has deliberated deprive himself and his kind, bond to him from prosperity in the holly life.
