An importand verbalication of this issue, insight:

If wishing to become Sangha, one needs to be friend of the Sangha first: Sanghamitta.

There is no possibility to access the Noble Ones if not seeking refuge in them, befriending the Savaka Sangha!
Eine wichtige Verbalisierung einer Angelegenheit, Einsicht, eingeleitet von Nyom Sophorn :

Wenn gewünscht Teil der Sangha zu werden, konventionell (Hausloser) oder ideal, muß man zuerst Freund der Sangha werden: Sanghamitta.

Da ist keine Möglichkeit Zugang zu den Noblen zu bekommen, wenn man keine Zuflucht in ihnen sucht, sich nicht mit der Savaka Sangha anfreunden will.

Wie auch immer man sich streubt, windet, oder leicht zugängliche Fakes verwenden möchte.

And that's the way it is with pain: You have to know the breath first, for it's your well-connected friend.
Wie Ajahn Suwat zu sagen pflegte: "Normaler Weise halten wir unser Verlangen für unsere Freunde, und unsere Schmerzen als unsere Feinde. Wir sollten dies undrehen. Lerne Schmerz als deinen Freund zu betrachten, und Verlangen als deinen Feind." Das Verlangen ist was wahrlich alle Probleme verursacht. Der Schmerz ist nur da, um Ihnen etwas zu lehren. Sicherlich ist es ein schwieriger Freund. Mit manchen Leuten ist es einfach Freund zu werden; man kam mit ihnen, ohne irgend welche Probleme verfahren. Andere sind schwirig. Schmerz ist definitiv ein schwieriger Freund, aber einer wert zu kultivieren. Doch, weil es schwierig ist, müssen sie in richtiger Weise dabei vorgehen.

Diese ist warum, wenn wir zu Meditieren beginnen, uns der Buddha nicht unverzüglich auf den Schmerz sammeln läßt. Er sagt, sich auf den Atem zu konzentrieren, den was immer für Schmerz mit dem Atem in Verbindung steht (dieses neigt dazu unterschwellig zu sein, aber es ist da), ist etwas, daß sie handhaben können, etwas, mit dem Siee umgehen können. Er gibt Ihnen den Atem, als ein Werkzeug, um mit dem Schmerz umzugehen. Wenn Sie sich Schmerz bewußt sind, lassen Sie Ihren ersten Fokus nicht auf den Schmerz fallen. Belassen Sie Ihren Fokus auf dem Atem. Mit anderen Worten, gewöhnen Sie sich daran zuerst mit dem Atem bekannt zu sein, denn dieses ist die Person, die sie passend dem Schmerz vorstellen wird. Es ist wie eine wichtige Person zu treffen: Sie müssen zuerst mit gewissen, gut in Verbindung stehenden Freunden bekannt werden, die Sie dieser Person vorstellen können. Und so ist es mit dem Schmerz: Sie müssen den Atem zuerst kennen, denn es ist ihr gut verbundener Freund.
