Today I arrived here at the Ashram, brought by Upasaka Vithou, together with his uncle.
Upasaka Chanroth and his wife welcomed us, and he and his small nephew (?) helped to bring the mass of baggage up the mountain with the motor cow.
Including drinking water maybe 2 weeks, which was missing here since Bhante Johann came back, and other drinks, various medicines, a mat and maybe mosquito umbrella (?) given by Bang Puthy and Villa, coffee for some weeks... and an extra solar panel, power inverter and battery given for the Sangha by Upasaka Vithou.
Sadhu, Sadhu, Sadhu!
Sorry if I forgot or confused some things.
Upasaka Chanroth introduced me to the place spirits here before the Buddha shrine.
Bhante Johann seems to be in good health. He said drinking coffee in the evening now keeps him awake at night, which seems to be a sign of being too healthy. So he did not want to drink any this evening. Instead, I am drinking all of it.
His leg pains had been hurtful for some days on the way here. But now are gone. Some teeth were infected for some time and painful. But for now it seems to be over. A lot of dukkha from constant tooth pain the last 10 years is missing after the repairs.
Bhante encouraged me to stop fighting in many directions and being ungrateful, which I will try to do.
I was given the upper kuti as a place to stay while I am here, which Bhante had prepared and made very comfortable within the last weeks. I hope I will be able to keep it in a clean state.
I am very grateful to have arrived here, and to all who helped that this is possible. I hope I will be able to use the time and means here well for cleaning my mind from garbage and hopefully helping something outside as well.
