2028 might be a good date to finish, if started timely, the Cetiya at the top, as it might be that Queen Soma was born 40 years before the birth of the Kingdom.

A hundred year after last Sanghayana might be to long, so good within the next ten years at least, and maybe possible, if objecting, such at the foot around the Dhammayut monasteries area the dwellings and gathering within the natural womb nord-west the peak (called after the anicent name of Shiva: Wind ខ្យល់ (in Pakrit, Rudra)). 10 years from now might be a timespan to prepare the undertaking and pre-gatherings of the last Noble Ones.

Just thought, and good to initiate all before soon times changes and stability will require much more effort then in old times.

May the great King and the great leader find soon attention toward an undertaking securing peace for many for most possible times before terrible fast decays globally, now at times where such merits aren't at all out of range.

Surely the opening of making a praised and allowed sacrifice toward the Gems on one's birthday is rare, but possible, as Nyom did in smaller amount.

So why not using the form and shelter of a Cetiya, to make the highest peak of the last Dhammic nation 2000m high on it's 2000th birthady by refecting on real highest at the same time and prepeare the foundation, in form of organize for the Sangha to meet, for long lasting of good Jati, Sasana and King, Buddha, Dhamma, Sangha?

What else then the five Nivaranas would turn toward decay?

Even for Dhammik Kings, it's a most proper way and place, on the peeak of the mountains where the last Sages and Devas dwell.

27. “There are four persons, Ananda, who are worthy of a stupa. Who are those four? A Tathagata, an Arahant, a Fully Enlightened One is worthy of a stupa; so also is a Paccekabuddha,(49) and a disciple of a Tathagata, and a universal monarch.

28-31. “And why, Ananda, is a Tathagata, an Arahant, a Fully Enlightened One worthy of a stupa? Because, Ananda, at the thought: 'This is the stupa of that Blessed One, Arahant, Fully Enlightened One!' the hearts of many people will be calmed and made happy; and so calmed and with their minds established in faith therein, at the breaking up of the body, after death, they will be reborn in a realm of heavenly happiness. And so also at the thought: 'This is the stupa of that Paccekabuddha!' or 'This is the stupa of a disciple of that Tathagata, Arahant, Fully Enlightened One!' or 'This is the stupa of that righteous monarch who ruled according to Dhamma!' — the hearts of many people are calmed and made happy; and so calmed and with their minds established in faith therein, at the breaking up of the body, after death, they will be reborn in a realm of heavenly happiness. And it is because of this, Ananda, that these four persons are worthy of a stupa.”

Eight portions there were of the relics of him,
The All-Seeing One, the greatest of men.
Seven in Jambudipa are honored, and one
In Ramagama, by kings of the Naga race.
One tooth is honored in the Tavatimsa heaven,
One in the realm of Kalinga, and one by the Naga kings.
Through their brightness this bountiful earth
With its most excellent gifts is endowed;
For thus the relics of the All-Seeing One are best honored
By those who are worthy of honor  —  by gods and Nagas
And lords of men, yea, by the highest of mankind.
Pay homage with clasped hands! For hard indeed it is
Through hundreds of ages to meet with an All-Enlightened One!

If letting just others using their powers and Iddhis, who's the one who gains the merits of it?

Some weeks ago Upasaka Vithou tried to reach out to the land owner east, to speak on ways to prevent forest for the green bridge where still old jungle and many animal, even monkeys dwell. But no success at thus time.

Once looked out for the remarks here. Atma attached a map of significant antique temples of the Aural valley here :



The east corner is marked as "Brasad(dha)" (written as Prasat usualy), sensing an old Shiva temple, similar Preah Vihear, a place of sacrifice.

On the walk about, on the turn back , the ramp like mountain was passed at it's peak. Next the tank station (former massive rock mining place of a Chinese company) of the sugar can plantation, a rest took place and Atma told Nyom Vila again about this place, and that there is also a large cave near the peak, under a large rock.
Sitting there, some woman came, wishing to give tonics and asking about the reason why they meet so much misfortune and accidents here.

Nyom Vila, at the talk, asked them whether they ever climed up, and the native woman told that she did, collecting leaves, and confirmed the cave. Asked further, the other woman certain remembered that the old natives told that there once was/is a Brahsad(dha) (God-sacrifices-temple).

Certain no real need to remind on the benefit to reinstall this significant place as"Sima".

Some might also remember the heavy rebukes in regard of the stone palace ... like when the Sea Naga stole the stones of the bridge to build by Hanuman... right next... again a reminder toward the Nuns of Maha Panna Foundation ... at least the firm has moved to use away a other nearby. stone hill.

Walking toward Aural mountain from Udong , a clear vision of a reconnection via a 500m+ broad nature corridor, functioning as connective pilgrimage path, drinkwater pipeline from the Aural mountal, multi-use water-canal and retention pools, connected with important places on the way, use-able by foot, bike or boot.

With the faithful and devoted declaration of the last great Dhammika Kings, now in time, to not only build the highest devotional sign, but also invite the last generation of Noble Ones, the Sublime Sangha oftheeightdirection, combined with reconnection with all Parithanas and peace with it, not only 500 years of property and virtually of the land of wonder would/will be inatiated, but also the efforts for an ending of the ongoing 3rd world war would be turned into a near possibility. It's a more than suitable and benefical "last" duty, for one who would need to delay a rest on not yet finished great deeds in really establishing means for all aroundmostpossible, peace.

Out of reason and urge, as inspiration for going for this most huge undertaking since Angkor Wat, Atma thought good to make a brief draft, sketch of the combination of 2000-year Khmer Kingdom commemoration building, a hall for the last Saṅgāyana of Ariya Monks, and most importand a Buddha relict memorial.

Capable to be used by 1000 monks incl. all around for some two years permanent stay.
