In this case, being also the "pagename" e.g. file, simly copy all text, pushing correct pagename and create new file, pasting the text there, deleting all text in the old file and save it, so the page is deleted.
Atma made it already វចនានុក្រម_ជួនណាត, incl. links in forum.
ឥតទានមានទេ==> ឥតទាន់មានទេThat's a software page, my person has to/can change on the server. It's actually a poor text.
