My flight is booked for 23rd of December (flight back on 13th of January).
Upasaka Roman said unfortunately he cannot come at this time.
Upasika Sophorn wants to bring the ashes of her mother to Cambodia around the same time.

Of course I would like to visit Bhante Johann at Ashram Thmo Duk and Bhante Khemakumara wherever he resides.
And of course to see Upasaka Vithou, Upasika Vila, Upasaka Chanroth and others as well.

Other than that no specific plans yet,
If Upasaka blazer would like to join on travels together, he is of course welcome.

I just used this funny formal address "Mr. blazer" sometimes, because I don't know your real name. (Or is it blazer?)
My flight is going from Frankfurt on December 23, scheduled to arrive in Phnom Penh on December 24 in the evening.
Where do you come from? Probably not practical, not sure if possible, to take the exact same flight, but we could just meet in Phnom Penh.

I'm making the documents for the departure but it will take more time than expected, as things are changed much after covid. My passport should be ready in December but i still cannot be sure of any date.
Will update when i have some news.

Mudita. Nice to make the acquaintance, Marco.
Probably good to get in contact via some messenger before we meet in Cambodia.
As mentioned my phone number (connected to WhatsApp, Telegram) is in my profile here. Or the "Sangham Messenger" / DeltaChat for use via e-mail. I have seen there already exists an email address blazer at sangham net. Maybe good to use it in that case, since between other e-mail servers (like maybe Hotmail, not sure) and the sangham e-mail server there are sometimes some e-mail blockades. But I have not really been using DeltaChat much, and there still seem to be some troubles to overcome to use it properly. So the more common messengers might be easier.
I'm looking forward to meet you, whenever that may be exactly.
Upasika Sophorn, coming from Austria, will probably also arrive one or few days later than me.
And so far I have no concrete plans on what to do in all this time. Hopefully something useful.
Looking forward to hearing from you some time when you know more.

Chau Marco, Chau... just came to mind (it was a horrible boring children comic serial...)

Maybe some motivations: it could be that after 24. Dec. the devoted laity might have finished the Uposatha hall, and maybe be able to invite a good number of selected Veberables for the giving ceremony. It might be, that the Venerables, out of compassion, would be also willing to assign Simas and maybe are willing to ordain canditates. It all, of course, depends on the goodness and skilled efforts of many, foremost the own, to meet seldom occasions right and timely.

Nothing wrong with "Chau Marco chau ", to run away, escape from boring repeating dramas.

Ven. Johann,
thanks for the song, quite strange at first but actually appreciated  I found myself many times listening to childhood songs for the good.

Unfortunately the passport will not be ready before two months. There are huge delays and in other regions the situation is far worse. I've also been not diligent in preparing documents so i've lost some time. I've been dealing with a very sad and difficult situation, i've found appropriate to face it and to not run away. Luckily it's getting to a point, i've done what i had, and i have the freedom to close everything whenever i want.

It would be a great pleasure to meet you Moritz, and i would like to talk to you about some topics in person.
Hopefully it will happen soon.
I'm looking forward for good people and good practitioners.
