118. Should a person do good, let him do it again and again. Let him find pleasure therein, for blissful is the accumulation of good.

117. Sollte eine Person Schlechtes begehen, laß' es sie nicht wieder und wieder tun. Laß' sie nicht Erfreuen darin finden, denn es ist schmerzvoll Schlechtes anzuhäufen.

118. Sollte eine Person Gutes tun, laß' es sie wieder und wieder tun. Laß' sie Erfreuen daran finden, denn es ist wohlbringend Gutes anzuhäufen.

(2) Sakka - Sakka the Non-Human

[1] At one time the Blessed One was living on the Gijjha peak in Rajagaha.

[2] Then the non-human by name Sakka approached the Blessed One and said this stanza:

    “Recluse, you live all bonds dispelled and well released.
    It is not suitable that such like you, should advise others”

    [3] “Sakka, in whatever manner an association arises
    That compassion of mind is not suitable for the wise
    With a pleasant mind, if others are advised, a bond does not arise,
    It's out of compassion and sympathy.”

[២៨៣] សម័យមួយ ព្រះមានព្រះភាគ ទ្រង់គង់នៅលើភ្នំគិជ្ឈកូដ ទៀបក្រុងរាជគ្រឹះ។

[២៨៤] គ្រានោះឯង យក្សឈ្មោះសក្កៈ បានចូលទៅរកព្រះមានព្រះភាគ លុះចូលទៅដល់ហើយ ទើបពោលគាថានឹងព្រះមានព្រះភាគថា

    បុគ្គលប្រៀនប្រដៅបុគ្គលដទៃ ដោយពាក្យណា ពាក្យនោះមិនប្រពៃ ដល់លោកជាសមណៈ ដែលជាអ្នកលះបង់ នូវគន្ថធម៌គ្រប់យ៉ាង មានចិត្តផុតស្រឡះហើយ (ចាកអាសវៈ) ជាអ្នកស្ងប់រម្ងាប់ទេ។

[២៨៥] ព្រះអង្គត្រាស់ថា

    ម្នាលសក្កៈ ការនៅជាមួយគ្នាកើត ដោយហេតុណាមួយ បុគ្គលអ្នកមានប្រាជ្ញា មិនគួរនឹងអនុគ្រោះនូវហេតុនោះ ត្រឹមតែចិត្តទេ បើបុគ្គលមានចិត្តជ្រះថ្លា ប្រៀនប្រដៅបុគ្គលដទៃ ដោយពាក្យណា ទុកជាបុគ្គលដទៃនោះ មិនប្រកបខ្លួនតាមពាក្យនោះ ការប្រៀនប្រដៅនោះ ក៏ឈ្មោះថាការអនុគ្រោះ ឈ្មោះថា ការអាណិតដែរ។
