• The primary question was whether the system, software, would be obtainable by means which leave no bonds back and in a righteous way, adressing the owner.

1. Since Telegram is freely available to the hunter-gatherer public of the worldwide internet, and the Terms of Service one would have to agree to use it are very simple and do not seem to be in any conflict with Dhamma, as I understand it, I would think that allowance would be already given for the Sangha to use it.
But I can ask Mr. Durov on Telegram, as he seems to be reachable there publically. Not sure that I can reach him and make it clear enough. But I will try.

2. Since Telegram as it is would be already usable, if allowance is clearly given, it is not clear to me what special tool dedicated for the Sangha could/should then be built up. I am not sure what features/abilities such a Sangha messenger tool should have different from the common Telegram.
Just for an example: One could possibly build an own Telegram client which is restricted to only one channel/group (associated with the Sangha). But I am not sure that such would be a useful idea.
One could use Telegram authentication as a tool for registering and logging in to the forum (making use of the public Telegram servers to do so). There are many possible uses of existing Telegram features without a special own app.

3. Not possible to clearly answer without knowing what kind of tool exactly is to be built, and on what kind of platforms it should run. A web application, running on a website would be the easiest as a first step in any case, and then see how to adapt to mobile apps etc. which can be a bit complicated.
As for use of infrastructure: The existing Telegram server infrastructure with its public APIs would surely need to be used in any case for the app to operate. Since only the client applications are given as OpenSource to modify for own use cases to everyone, but the server side is secret and closed, and is surely very complex, not possible at least for someone like me to reverse-engineer and replicate, and most certainly requiring costly infrastructure for someone who would attempt to do so.

4. I don't understand what this reallyy means, and how it could be compatible with Telegram.


Maybe good if I try to invite Mr. Durov here to get in touch with the Sangha. He might be able to answer certain things more clearly.

Server and domain, as well as infrastructure: that's of course certain leaders main issue. As for work: My person wouldn't think that a high qualified and talent in overviewing situations would need to focus on carry sand.
Such server, such back-bone, such technical team, ...

A messenger build on "Nation (jati = khema -> Arahat, Buddha), Sasana (Dhamma-Vinaya), King (father, ancestor -> Sangha)" ideals. Or Kamboja , kamma-pūjā, "(attained) by own effort (sacrifices)" and not gathered-hunted in the forest and got obligated, indebted to unknown, possible obtaining, being given, by one who made certain basic work in such as Telegram.

And again here: "for all", if that is said by a not follower (and even so), doesn't incl. the Sangha as the Sangha isn't part-takibg, stands outside common communities.

As if there is given like case of common charity (one may remember the case monks went for food at alms-charities) monks might, in cases, make use if needed but no more then three times "How can this Sakyan-Sons take on alms provided for the poor". That aside of the matter of string by use and 100% sure remorse sooner or later, not knowing given or not: hindrance for practice.

Sure, the common run-a-mill-monk, guided by desires, defilements, would "legalize" his path through anyway.

There is just a public channel with attached discussion group full of anonymous people who act like self-appointed gatekeepers and an anonymous moderator who (understandably) would not answer questions about personal contact publically.

Not naive at all, Nyom. Upanissaya. Four conditions support kamma. Kind of birth, ones beauty, right time and most importand Effort. The cannel, of course, is just a spamming mess. Why not just call him or visit in the Caribbean rebublic?

Taken his views, he isn't that far from Nyom, merely near related.

Github, like-like in the scene, linkedin... it's not to assue that he isn't present on internet. Maybe, since russian, Nyom Dmytro, Admin, could help in regard of contact.

Atma had seen that Nyom Moritz had already installed a SMF-modification, allowing auto-post on a chosen telegram chart (not sure if the previous opened sangham.net-chart, if made public, is use-able), yet settings are not configured for now (needed was mentioned before).

For this function maybe multilaterality might be a challenge.

Generally, as far as a it-dummy can judge such, it looks like as if similar things could be made also with use-pages, feed by mentions and other notifications (if user sets to telegram instead of email)

Just mentioned in cases one might see benefits of efforts and sacrifices into it for accessibility of the Buddhaparisa.
