Upasaka Philip Menchaca, the/a leader of an international Dhamma research institute generously gave the remorse-free proper use of their resources:

Good team, good householder,
may my maybe strange seeming question be taken as welcome, although not really given. My person would like to ask whether it's welcome and to perceived as given, to make use of resources and texts, provided here, for the monastic Sangha and novices.

Please may you not feel burdened with the question to possible clear up doubts and may, independent from it, all your good undertakings bear their fruits quick and traceable so that faith in skilful may increase to it's fullness soon.
