Gained back proper control and motivation, the last Monday i got back to more serious practice, strongly limiting sensual pleasures and talk, trying to be mindful all the time.
It has been a week without music, not even a single song. A half-life record. Extremely limited any reading, entertainment, accessing internet causes problems.
I have also started to make four sits of formal meditation for a total of 4 hours/day, with is also a very good amount of time for me.
Today i'll try to push some more, 6 hours, and eventually keep this schedule the coming days.
I'm very happy that, compared to the efforts of September, i'm enjoying more the effects of the training and somehow the training in itself, and i feel i can continue this way for the next period without many problems.
I'm also considering the idea to find a Monastery outside my country and live a peaceful period with valued people.
