Now i feel somehow better but i don't know when the leg problem will be solved. Everyday there is pain.
So i'm seriously considering the idea of making big efforts right there sooner or later, and i've found my environment not appropriate.
Recently i started to make proper order at home, like i'm going to leave it relatively soon and to give it to someone else.
Cleaning, separating what to hold and what to throw. Simplified the pc desk so it's use is much less enjoyable. So it is easier to control music, entertainment, and not necessary usage in general.
I have also cut off almost any sense pleasure since a few days, i'm currently at ease most of the time.
Any advice for creating a better environment is welcome.
