Patient forbearance is the foremost austerity. Liberation is foremost: that's what the Buddhas say. He is no monk who injures another; nor a contemplative, he who mistreats another.

Not disparaging, not injuring, Restraint in line with the monastic code, Moderation in food, Dwelling in seclusion, Commitment to the heightened mind: This is the Buddhas' teaching.

All their effort and joy with it leaded to a kind of very international Puja (Cambodia, China, US, Germany, Bulgaria, Austria place of birth and relation). A spontaneously joining Chinese woman and neighbor, who actually never really came in touch with the simple teachings, A 87 years old woman, lady Jane, from San Diego, California, living here since 11 years, who met the second time the Dhamma and many others, with children, right after work or what ever busy life outside.
After a talk about the prerequisites for meditation that leads to awareness-releas, virtue, it went back to metta, as the base of virtue, and then was used as path to rest in mindfulness on breathing. Although most had been very new to all, nearly all could make use of these tool for more then an hour.
Some impression of this high sacrifices and merits done here. After a question and answer session, the meeting together ended at about 10, after 3 hours, when all left back in the bodily homes in this world.
