Invaded, destroyed, cast of other being, burned, cleared, destroyed homes, occupied, overtaken other cultures... how could on expect to live in peace and without fear?
When invaded, when plundered, they cry: give use weapons to defend!
Destroyed huge habits, taken over all others area, cut off all forest, blood handed, shameless, occupied cultures, "I have a right", how can wrong understanding, wrong view, ever settle to ease and peace?
Fearful they live, those who though being smart and took what wasn't given to them, yet having had taken old merits and power for gain.

That's even so when spreading good and peaceful toward those actually not seeking such, or not open to it, yes, Nyom.
This is why the Sublime Buddha didn't wanted his disciple to teach the Dhamma when there is not really given way for it, by signs of devotion.
So invading those for evil heading, propaganda of right, harmless and good, even if just thought as temporary operation, if healing would not success, those treated by Dhamma, would feel harmed, and occupy the Dhamma with their own ideas.
Knowing this, the wise just takes what's given, lives on what's proper gained without strings attached back, or trade. Takes only what's purified or possible to purify, what left for liberation.
