Nyom Villa desired to care about access to the Ashram for the Sangha and it's follower to use and could obtain the not used land noth-east, next the path up, wishing to make her new land in ways to be an access up to the Ashram. Here discussions and history:

Access-land, that it is not forgotten to let be known.

Yesterday, to make a share here, Nyom Chanroth told that the owner of the "free" land between the path Atma uses to walk and the judge's land called him. It seems that the father of Nyom Chea (who visited and asked last time, saying to be the owner) is actually the owner. He offered to buy it, saying something nearly half amount as before. Nyom Chanroth asked Atma what he should do that he does not make wrong and Atma told him that letting others know possibilities, especially when good, is good. As soon as wishing to control things in the "power" of others it would work out different. He told that there are often as well as current Buddhaparisadas high inspired to make something here.

Nyom Chanroth might know more and has details and it wouldn't be good if monks would get much involved on such matters or desires for paths, let it be others possibilities.

What ever thinking that it's well for Nyom and all others.

Not for sure... pleasing mild night, no wind, no rain, not even a barking dogs noise... this may be the fist undisturbed rest since long... and then: dung-ants-invasion  and since net touches trees and rocks also on the bed and as it comes, the dry dwelling on the floor also massive frequented. So another short night, possible good to withdraw for the next time up into the Kuti tomorrow, maybe leaving sand-fleas behind as well for the rains. Otherwise it might be that the body has been eaten off before finishing the tasks.

Received meal at Nyom Chanroth s house, on alms round, he told that Nyom Cheav Villa  is on to possible gain access land to the Ashram, open for the Sangha and it's faithful followers. He forwarded the question of what would be good to do, build, organize, on the land, and Atma told him, that in this case, most importand is to introduce oneself, ones intentions, toward all beings actually living there, getting touched, starting with the "Lord of water & earth", Devas, Gods, Yakkhas, non-humans, living being dwelling there, the near and fark neighbors and the villagers and their leaders, having long, long time used it as path and for their benefits as well. Having approached respectfully, asked those in charge in regard of ones opjectives, what ever inspired and harmless for others is well done, taking care of if, in ones sphere, for the benefit of many.

Being a cloudy silent day, possible best to use it for carry up sand and material.
The robes could be comfortable dyed yesterday (becoming classic Dhammayut color now, fresh dyed) and Nyom gave also an additional bag of Jackfruit-heartwood, good to include in the dye boiling maybe afternoon, for a secound dye on a sunny day to come.

Still a lot of being, hunters, are around everywhere, short after strong rain, ants, white-ants, mosquitos, snakes... so attention and care is most needed on every step to find a harmless way inbetween all the fights and eating around, countless beings everywhere, starting to prepeare for the dry time possible soon and next generations.

៊Since last evening, I kana feel aware that touched right by the devas overthere,
Thought that it is not important to Contine to make
ownership plan from the Ministry.
The previous owner gave it for sure, the guardian angel there
recognized, the village chief, the villagers knew and agreed.
Owner is not for sure but intentional to give access rout to the Sangha
Buddhaborisatya and all beingals.
And the land also full of tree that might have something still alive..
Not easy and not good to clear then replant.

What ever Nyom thinks it's fine, wishing to take care in best ways, and sure also good if getting even approve from the King, if wishing, no need to fear a proper approach, if inspired.

Dozens of chipmunk on hunt after fresh caterpillars on the trees in evening and morning hours... coming down till just a meter away.

Application closed this morning before noon. I kana just feel tired, lazy to run this and that
and think that would be better if not take it for sure no trouble later or lost it..
But I kana still also asked them how to make it later. Without stress.

Today, as usually if not quick stopping, already three cats and a bike went up the path having left open for material transport to the Ashram.

As they have to cross actually 3 land to come into the land of the south neighbor, they make use of the door the generous neighbor left open for sand transport.

It's to assume that people would say "look, they give way, maybe earn with it, to cut wood for selling" or the neighbor would think "Given for good, they now enter to take from my land".

So maybe good to inform and find ways to stopp, since no matter right or wrong, if money can be made and no hindrence traced, people at large follow quick, each day, more and more, till eaten off.

And it's good to have no open, not privat way, to the Ashram, since most monasteries are actually cutter camps, incl. depots, like the noth monastary. Many monks and priest make earnings in that way.

Since yesterday, I kana talked with Pou Chanroth about advices from Bhante.
He said he was busy to help builds the Ahshram and let his son helped to dig a fence..
He said will go to get paccaya and buy barbed wire fence today.

If Nyom wishes to close access from the street, Nyom Chanroth told such, maybe good to make it in ways that villagers could still acces by feet, to collect fruits and vegetables in the forest, maybe also to give access for taking care on cows, if not left alone.

The easiest way would be wire-mesh fence, with iron poles, only digging holes and some concret. There are systems with doors and all parts. Surely there are traders in Phnom Penh of such cheap systems, used for wildlife boundaries along highways or around such. No need to ask to cut wood for poles and no harmful prison wire.

Just thoughts and inspirations for maybe less harmful ways.

Not forgetting 50% of forest and bamboo cutting is made to make annual new fences. Billions and 20% of labor in Cambodia go into making fences. Think of what would be the effects if using this enery for guarding, guiding and education instead.

As Pou Chanroth said, it will take long a time because he used to make the wooden
pole, now needs to close in two days. Hope to repair it later with cement.

Just to give ideas a fast scatch for a quick emporary fence (usually last 10 year+). Wood 3-5 max.
