Living in dependence of only what's given in faith is something most wouldn't like at all, meaning to relay only on goodness toward release.
At topic - to live with the truth of dependency in this world, either for good of for increasing bonds back - one can only learn by living it, and today most are caught in pseudo-liberality and illusion of being able to control shared or others worlds.

បព្វជិត គប្បីពិចារណារឿយ ៗ ថា ឧត្តរិមនុស្សធម៌ គឺធម៌ជារបស់មនុស្ស ដ៏ប្រសើរក្រៃលែង មានដល់អាត្មាអញដែរឬ ធម៌ដ៏វិសេស ដែលគួរនឹងឃើញ ដោយប្រាជ្ញាដ៏ប្រសើរ អាត្មាអញបានត្រាស់ដឹងហើយឬ អាត្មាអញនោះ សព្រហ្មចារីទាំងឡាយ សួរក្នុងកាលជាទីបំផុត (មរណសម័យ) នឹងមិនអឹមអៀមទេឬ ១។

Discourse on the Ten Dhammas (Dasa-dhamma sutta)

Thus have I heard:
On one occasion the Blessed One was living near Savatthi at Jetavana at the monastery of Anathapindika.
Then the Blessed One addressed the monks, saying: “Monks.” — “Venerable Sir,” they said by way of reply. The Blessed One then spoke as follows:
“These ten essentials (dhammas) must be reflected upon again and again by one who has gone forth (to live the holy life). What are these ten?
1. ”'I am now changed into a different mode of life (from that of a layman).' This must be reflected upon again and again by one who has gone forth.
2. “'My life depends on others.' This must be reflected upon again and again by one who has gone forth.
3. ”'I must now behave in a different manner.' This must be reflected upon again and again by one who has gone forth.
4. “'Does my mind upbraid me regarding the state of my virtue (sila)?' This must be reflected upon again and again by one who has gone forth.
5. ”'Do my discerning fellow-monks having tested me, reproach me regarding the state of my virtue?' This must be reflected upon again and again by one who has gone forth.
6. “'There will be a parting (some day) from all those who are dear and loving to me. Death brings this separation to me.' This must be reflected upon again and again by one who has gone forth.
7. ”'Of kamma(2) I am constituted. Kamma is my inheritance; kamma is the matrix; kamma is my kinsman; kamma is my refuge. Whatever kamma I perform, be it good or bad, to that I shall be heir.' This must be reflected upon again and again by one who has gone forth.
8. “'How do I spend my nights and days?' This must be reflected upon again and again by one who has gone forth.
9. ”'Do I take delight in solitude?' This must be reflected upon again and again by one who has gone forth.
10. “'Have I gained superhuman faculties? Have I gained that higher wisdom so that when I am questioned (on this point) by fellow-monks at the last moment (when death is approaching) I will have no occasion to be depressed and downcast?' This must be reflected upon again and again by one who has gone forth.
“These, monks, are the essentials that should be reflected again and again by one who has gone forth (to live the holy life).”
So spoke the Blessed One. Those monks rejoiced at the words of the Blessed One.
It goes deep, but for those seeking way out, it's a powerful means to gain the homeless state by heart.
Nyom, having eaten the rest of the alms, which aren't at all that much and special this days, since all busy, asked: "How does it come that I always eat enough and pleasing as well here?"
Atma only replied like always: "Living near the Devas one needs to be careful in wishing something, because 'Mara' is fast in supplying what one would think of."
Later Nyom went shortly down and meeting the neighbor Giem who told here thathe would desire to plante the tree on New Year day, and will not only manage to take part but also to prepare the planting place today in the afternoon.
Back again Atma thought good to clean up the altar, at least once a year, since last year nobody really did the hard job. So an afternoon spend with cleaning the glass bricksreplanting the Bodhi-childen and washing everything.
Seemingly Nyom Giem had finished the work down at the pavilion, as now 'finaly' some rain cooled all down, as Devas delight in the done merits.
Finished all, before rain, Atma went up again. Rejoicing that taken on task has been done and without faults, Nyom, seeing the opening there for higher developments, went on toward seclusion, rightly obtained.
Left for renouncing with less thought toward what might be after the days, back, forward... Nyom leaves open of what ever old supportive merits can ripe right here.
May all rejoice with the many goodness done, and that others can meet admirable people they hardly would ever meet.
