At the moment there are no individual space limits for mail boxes.
The whole storage volume for e-mail is 20GB. At the moment 9 GB are used.
But yes, possibility to set up limits and manage them would be good.
Atma uses to give 100mb limit when creating new email. So this setting has no impact, or how should this "current no individual limits" be understood, Nyom? Or did he just removed them?
Oh, I see there is this setting in postfixadmin. But it is not currently set up to work.
Just looking again at the
manual which I mostly used for setting up the mail server
it mentions mail quota and that they are not set up by default, and I have not set them up to work, but also gives some references how to do it.
I also found there is some plugin for RoundCube (webmail, which is reachable at
https://mail.sangham.net
) to see the quota.
I will try to set this up later and install the plugin for RoundCube.
But as there have been no limits active, some mailboxes at the moment are already over the quota. So the users would need to delete a lot there before setting up a quota for them.
Here is the list of mailboxes @sangham.net which are currently near or over the limit of 100 MB (and whether a limit is set for them at the moment):
