Venerable members of the Sangha,
Ven. Fellows,

May my person raise a question in regard of Bhikkhu (even leaving home, Samanera) ordination.

Today it is very usuall to teach and even demand certain knowledge and mode of life of monks before ordination. Many branches even would not give going forth and higher ordination without such preeducation.

Yet, may the Venerables allow to ask, is it actually given by the Buddha to teach Vinaya for possible subjected mode of life and further, would it be allowed to make ordination dependent on whether one is instructed in Vinaya (sometime incl. skills of citing Dhamma as well)?

How should it be seen as giver of ordination, that one does not possible undertake ways not wished by the Buddha and so that it would not cause sooner or later remorse, and or makes possible obstacles and hindrances for others to access the path.
